Shipping and Returns

• Shipping :

• For France and Europe, we deliver in one week. For the rest of the world, delivery times are between one to two weeks. Delivery by DPD to the address of your choice Once the order has been validated, an email confirming your order will be sent to you. When your package is taken care of by DPD, you will receive an email with a tracking link for your package. If you have left us a cell phone number, you will receive an sms to choose your delivery time (service only available for France). Taxes and customs for countries outside the EU, if any, are at the customer's expense.

• Returns :

• The product must be returned to us in new condition and in their original packaging to the following address and at your expense: Meyou Paris, Rue des Dames, 62620 Ruitz.
• The refund (net of preparation costs) will be made after receipt and verification of the items excluding delivery costs. Customers within the EU have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day they receive the package to cancel their order.

For refunds :

> By credit card: please send us your IBAN so that we can reimburse you.

> By Paypal: ask for the refund of your order, it will be done within the day.
