SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Sales Terms and Conditions governs your relationship with Meyou Paris (“Meyou”). Access to and use of the Meyou website and the products and services ("Services") available through this website are subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). By using our Services, you are agreeing to these Terms. Meyou may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms of Service and return policy at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Accordingly, we encourage you to be aware and to read the terms, conditions and policy before using the Services.
By placing an order, you fully agree to the sales terms and conditions. You must be at least 18 years old to enter the agreement.

Product information
Meyou is committed to publish all information concerning the main characteristics of its products, through detailed descriptions and pictures of the products.
All Meyou products are compliant with European quality standards (?).
Pictures are not contractual.
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
Pricing
Prices are inclusive of French VAT (Value-Added Tax). Any change in VAT rate will automatically be applied to the prices of the products.
Prices do not include delivery fees.
Shipping costs will be added during the check-out process.
Availability
Meyou will honor your order within the limits of available stock.
If one of the products is not available, we will contact you by email. In this case the customer may:
- choose another product for the same price. If the new product costs more than the one you originally ordered, we'll charge you for the difference in price.
- ask for a refund (refunds will be paid within thirty days after the payment).
Delivery
We deliver worldwide.
Shipping to France and the European Union are VAT included.
For shipping outside of the European Union, the customer is responsible for handling all costs, custom duties and/or relevant taxes that are in effect in the country of destination.
It is the responsibility of the Client to obtain Custom Duty rates from their country’s Customs Office. Customs duties are to be paid by the final recipient upon arrival of the goods.
The delivery date depends on the destination and may vary between five working days and a maximum of thirty days.
Products will be delivered to the mailing address provided by the customer during the order process.
If you place an order on a weekend day or on a Holiday, we will process the order on the next Monday or on the day following the Holiday.
Your signature will be required upon delivery. In case of absence, a notice will be left in your mailbox for you to collect your order from the carrier. All packages will be kept for seven calendar days.
Shipping costs will be quoted before the confirmation of the order and paid at check out.
If you do not receive the product on time, we will follow up with the carrier and get back to you within 15 days.
Before signing on the delivery, the customer shalls:
- Check the apparent condition of the package
- Check the product(s)
- Check the delivery against the invoice
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the products are consistent with the order.
If the product(s) is/are defective/damaged or if the product(s) is/are not the one(s) that was ordered, the customer should refuse the parcel and notify why on the invoice.

MEYOU reserves the right to ask the customer to return the product(s).
In case of improper returns, MEYOU may refuse to proceed with a further order.
Secure payment
MEYOU provides the following payment methods: debit/credit cards (Visa or Mastercard). Amex are not accepted.
Your order will be processed once the transaction is authorized.
The bank's server is secured via an S.S.L. (Secure Socket Layer) code in order to protect all payment data as thoroughly as possible. The customer’s banking details will never transit through the Meyou computer system.
In line with our commitment to payment security, Meyou will verify the reliability of the information entered when placing an order. This approach is part of an effort to fight against fraud on the Internet and protection of consumers.
Therefore, Meyou’s customer service may ask the customer for additional information (such as copy of ID, proof of mailing address) to confirm the purchase and ship the package. In this case, to ensure the shipment is sent/delivered on time, we recommend that you provide us with a phone number where you can be reached, confirm that the information entered is accurate and truthful and return requested documents, if any, within a day.
Meyou will not deliver any order if the full amount of the product and the shipping costs were not paid in full. If a payment is incomplete, refused or not going through for any reason, or in the event of any incident of payment, Meyou reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.
Right of withdrawal with refund
The customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt to return the products (proof of mailing may be asked).
If the last day is a Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday, this period is extended until the first following business day.
The customer must return the product(s) in perfect condition and pack it/them carefully using the original packaging. Returns will only be accepted if the customer follows this procedure.
The customer can return products if they are in resalable condition and with no damage.

The customer will bear all shipping costs for returning the product(s), even in case the customer exercises his right of withdrawal.
The customer who exercises his right of withdrawal has the choice to either request an exchange or a refund.
Request for exchange
The customer may ask for an exchange only the return procedure described above has been respected. Once Meyou accepts the return, the new product(s) will be delivered to the customer within a reasonable period of time, depending on the availability of the products. The customer will bear all shipping costs for returning the product(s) and for shipping the new product(s).
The customer will join a $xx check to the package to cover the preparation costs.
If the new product is not available at the time of the exchange, Meyou will inform the customer accordingly and provide a refund as per the below.
Refunds
Once the customer exercises his right of withdrawal, Meyou will reimburse the customer (shipping costs will be deducted) within 30 days of the date on which this right was exercised.
The reimbursement will be made to the original payment method or via voucher (valid on future orders). Shipping and preparation costs will be deducted from the refunded amount. Damaged products will not be refunded.
Sales and private sales
The customer has seven (7) days from the date of receipt to return the products.
If the last day is a Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday, this period is extended until the first following business day.

Warranty
All Meyou products benefit from the legal warranty as long as they are properly used and maintained.
French Data Protection Act:
Personal data is collected by Meyou to process orders, prepare invoices and for marketing purposes.
Pursuant to the French Act of 6 January 1978 (No. 78-17), and its amendment of 6 August 2004, customers have the right to access their personal data and deny its use by sending a letter to: Meyou Paris, Customer Service, Rue des Dames, 62620 Ruitz, France.

Some of our web pages may contain web tags intended to evaluate the number of visitors to the website and / or to provide indicators. These tags can be used by some of our partners to measure and improve the effectiveness of the website.

Force majeure:
Meyou will not be liable for the complete or partial non-execution of its contract obligations, if such non-execution is caused by an event of force majeure, especially in the event of disruption or complete or partial strike of postal services and transport and / or communication, flood or fire.
Meyou will notify the customer of an event of force majeure within 10 working days of its occurrence.
The Parties agree to consult promptly to determine how to process the order during the force majeure period of time.
Entire Agreement:
The general conditions of sale above and the order recap sent to the customer form a contract summarizing the agreements between the parties.
Applicable law - Competent courts
These general conditions of sale and the contractual relationship between the customer and Meyou are subject to the French law. In case of dispute the French courts will have jurisdiction. MEYOU will, however, seek an amicable solution before any legal action is taken.
Intellectual property
The entire contents of the Meyou website (illustrations, texts, names, trademarks, pictures, images, videos) are the property of Meyou. Any partial or total reproduction of the content by any means and on any support is subject to prior and explicit permission from Meyou.
Meyou will not give permission to copy, display or distribute any of its protected content. Fraudulent use of its content is constitutive of forgery, severely punished by the Code of Intellectual Property. Meyou will not be held responsible under any circumstances for the violation by a user of the rights held by third parties and perpetrated because of the latter's activities on the website.
